Fabrication and testing of fiberglass ribs, assessment of resistance of human rib model to different applied forces (using various equipment like the instrone machine). This involved the manufacturing of the ribs using several material combinations

Design and fabrication of a multi-layered orthoses, a new casting system. The use of a Toro bonding gun which can heat the special multi layered material fabricated to take the shape and size of limb applied on without heating up patient’s limb
